Staying in a well-maintained 2 bedroom apartment with a great bathroom was very comfortable, with complimentary ironing and the location was magnificent and stunning.

The apartment was fairly clean and located really close to city centre as well as shops. Beds were comfortable, with hypoallergenic pillows. Appreciated a bath in bathroom. The location was marvellous, 15 minutes walking from The Bars.

The apartment had all the necessary appliances and comforts of home. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent. Appreciated the inclusion of a shower mat to avoid slipping. The apartment also had toys, games, and DVDs for entertainment. The location was very convenient, with shops and supermarkets nearby. It was also within walking distance of the city center.

There were some challenges with the apartment. The stairs to the second floor were a challenge for older people.

We had a fantastic stay near the city center, close to the city walls and a supermarket, and the bed was really comfortable.

We had a wonderful Christmas at Merchants Gate York City Apartments. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. The location was fantastic, with shops, the center, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. We also enjoyed spending time at Keystones, a nearby bar that offers a great selection of drinks.

This place is clean and right by all the shops, city center, and pubs and restaurants, with a particularly good location 10 minutes walk from the main attraction.

Traveling with my kids here was great, the location was perfect and central.

The apartment was spacious and had all the home comforts we needed. The location was perfect, with shops, bars, and the train station all within easy reach. We loved the fact that there was an Asda just a 2-minute walk away, and the apartment even had a view of it from the living room. The separate kitchen/diner and cozy living room made it feel like a home away from home. We also appreciated the cupboard filled with board games and books, and the car parking space right below the apartment. Oh, and for Christmas enthusiasts like me, there's a Nutcracker shop and a Christmas shop nearby!

We loved the spacious and comfortable apartment with all the comforts of home. the bathroom was roomy and the shower was excellent, and we appreciated the inclusion of a shower mat for added safety. the apartment also had toys, games, and DVDs, which were perfect for families with kids. the location was excellent, close to the city walls, allowing us to leave the car behind and explore on foot. Supermarkets were also within walking distance, making it convenient for us to stock up on supplies. the hosts were accommodating and friendly.

There is no lift, which might be a challenge for those with difficulty on stairs. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
